WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
Life coaching is a relationship of rapport and trust between the coach and client in which the coach uses their ability for active listening and effective questioning to help the client get clarity on their priorities in order to determine the way forward to achieve their aspirations.
While my niche is career and personal development, my coaching style tends to be more holistic, and therefore, during the sessions, we can address other areas of your life (with your consent) as I believe that our personal and professional lives are inextricably linked.

WHAT IS THE COACHING STRUCTURE AND THE INVESTMENT INVOLVED?
Our interaction begins with a free introductory session to discuss your needs and determine how I can be of help to meet those needs. This shall be a 60-minute phone/online session. Based on this session, if you are interested to know more, I shall work out suitable package options and send you a free proposal. The proposal shall contain details of number of sessions, investment, breakdown of what is included in each package and bonuses. These will be tailored specifically to meet your individual coaching requirements.

HOW MANY LIFE COACHING SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This depends entirely on the goals that you wish to achieve. The idea of each session is to make some measurable progress that takes you closer to your ultimate goal.
WHERE DOES THE COACHING TAKE PLACE?
Coaching will be delivered on phone or online via Skype/Zoom.
WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO?
The success of life coaching depends greatly on your contribution to the process through a positive attitude, an open mind and a commitment to complete actions that you will set for yourself at the end of each session. My job as the coach will be to provide you the motivation, encouragement and support in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
