WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
Life coaching is a relationship of rapport and trust between the coach and client in which the coach uses their ability for active listening and effective questioning to help the client get clarity on their priorities in order to determine the way forward to achieve their aspirations.
While my niche is career and personal development, my coaching style tends to be more holistic, and therefore, during the sessions, we can address other areas of your life (with your consent) as I believe that our personal and professional lives are inextricably linked.

WHAT IS THE COACHING STRUCTURE AND THE INVESTMENT INVOLVED?
As soon as you express interest in my coaching, we would begin with a free introductory session (online/phone) during which we'd get to know each other, discuss your objectives and determine how I can be of help.
At the end of the session, if we feel we're a good fit for each other and we are confident that by working together you can achieve the transformation you're looking for, we would discuss the coaching package that would best suit your requirement.
To give you a broad idea of the investment options, the packages usually vary from $1500 to $6000, and the coaching durations from 3 months to 12 months. You will get a much better picture of the exact investment and duration once we've had the complimentary call and arrived at what your specific coaching package might look like.

HOW MANY LIFE COACHING SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This depends entirely on your objectives and reasons for coaching. The idea of each session is to make some measurable progress that takes you closer to your ultimate goal. I like to work with clients for a minimum period of 3 months (6 sessions) to achieve lasting change.
WHERE DOES THE COACHING TAKE PLACE?
Coaching sessions will be conducted by phone or online via Zoom.
WHAT WILL I HAVE TO DO?
The success of life coaching depends greatly on your contribution to the process through a positive attitude, an open mind, and a commitment to complete actions that you will set for yourself at the end of each session. My job as the coach will be to provide you the tools, motivation, encouragement, and support in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
